You can use any protein here, it's really versatile!
Ingredients
- 1/4c protein powder of your choice (we used pea)
- 2tsp maple syrup
- 1/4c smooth peanut butter
- 2T cocoa powder
- 5T coconut oil
Directions
- Melt the coconut oil until the liquid in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Combine the remaining ingredients together until smooth.
- Transfer to silicone mould or small baking tin.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until solid. Remove and enjoy!
