Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup ground chia, cacao and coconut mix
- ½-1 teaspoon of NZProtein Matcha green tea
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup pistachios
- ¼ cup coconut threads
- 1 – 2 tsp of crushed chillies (depending on individual taste for more or less)
- Himalayan sea salt to sprinkle on the top (optional)
Directions
- Melt the coconut oil in a glass bowl (fill the sink with hot water and place the bowl in it to gently melt the coconut oil if solid. Measure once melted).
- Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the sea salt if using) into the bowl with the melted coconut oil. Mix together thoroughly.
- Line a baking dish with baking paper or use chocolate molds, pour in the chocolate.
- Cool for 30 minutes in the freezer.
- Cut or break into chunks or press out of the mold.
- Sprinkle a bit of the Himalayan sea salt if you opted to put it on and store in the freezer.
