Protein ice cream balls covered in chocolate. Delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients
- Nzprotein ice cream sachet
- Nzprotein chocolate bars x 2 or 1/2 a bag of NZProtein choc chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Make ice cream as per instructions.
- Pour into bite sized molds and freeze until solid.
- In microwave melt chocolate and coconut oil together in 30 second increments.
- Remove bites from freezer and drizzle in chocolate until desired thickness has been achieved.
- Return to freezer until chocolate sets.
